What we hold to
Core values / Sec 002Six rules we
actually apply
These are not decoration. They decide what we start, what we refuse, and what we shut down.
01Close to the ground
We build for problems we have watched people struggle with in person, in the language they actually speak. Bahasa Indonesia is a first-class language in our products, not a translation layer bolted on at the end.
02Small and finished
One clearly defined problem per product, solved from beginning to end. A narrow tool that is genuinely finished beats a broad platform that is almost working. Scope is the thing we protect hardest.
03Human taste, machine speed
AI writes code, drafts copy, and compresses months into weeks. It does not decide what is worth building or how it should feel. Every screen is drawn, worded, and judged by one of us before anyone sees it.
04Honest by default
Clear prices, plain language, no dark patterns, no subscriptions people forget they are paying for. Where our products give feedback, they tell the truth even when it is not what the user hoped to read.
05Ship, then learn
We release early to real users, watch what actually happens, and correct quickly. Opinions are cheap and easy to hold. Usage is the only evidence we trust.
06Leave the economy better
Success is not measured in signups. It is a warung that sells more, a person who gets further, a student who learns faster. If a product cannot show that, it has not earned its place.
